Your contract with Mick Simmons Sport Pty Limited, only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.

DELIVERY

The delivery times are indicative only and Mick Simmons Sport Pty Limited will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. Mick Simmons Sport Pty Limited will not not be held liable for any import or customs dutys fees associated with the delivery of products outside of Australia.

RISK & TITLE

Mick Simmons Sport Pty Limited will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.

REFUNDS

On-line Purchases at micksimmons.com.au  and Instore Purchases

Mick Simmons Sport is happy to offer you a full refund, exchange or credit- note on your product purchase, if you are not happy with your product that was purchased either on-line or instore.

Products must be returned to us with the original receipt or proof of purchase, within 10 days of purchase.

No refunds or exchanges on discounted products will be given, however we will allow an exchange of size if the correct size is available in the same product.

Products must be returned to us at 478 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia, in their original condition, undamaged and unopened and customers must pay all freight costs associated with returning the product. All tickets & product packaging must also be attached.

Defective Products

Defective products must also be returned to us within (10) ten days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
