Founded in 1986, the club is based in the Perth Metropolitan area. The Eagles have since won 4 premierships in 1992, 1994, 2006, 2018. The Eagles have won the second most premierships in the AFL era (1990 onwards) and are one of the most supported and financially dominant clubs in the league.
