Newtown Jets 1981 NRL Vintage Retro Heritage Rugby League Jersey
This jersey features an embroidered Jets emblem and a sublimated Paramount Shirts sponsor. This 1981 shirt is a replica of what was worn in the NSWRL grand final between the Parramatta and Newtown. Newtown Jets had their first shot at a grand final in 1981 and they put on a great show. They lost the game 20-11 but once again made their mark in the Rugby League. The 1981 Newtown team included the legends Tommy Raudonkis and Phil Gould and was coached by Warren Ryan.
