Our exchange policy lasts 7 days on all non-sale items purchased in store and 30 days if purchased online. If the time frame has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.


Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds. We do however issue store credits within 7 days on all non-sale items purchased in store and 30 days for items purchased online.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original licensed tags. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards, personalized jerseys, hosiery, mouth-guards, whistles, earplugs, earphones, athletic cups and undergarments can not be exchanged or refunded.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


To return your product, you should contact us first by email and then if advised so, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
